1. Digital Delivery Only

CRID Marketing sells downloadable digital ebooks (PDF format). We do not ship any physical products, so there is no courier delivery, tracking number, or shipping charge involved in any order placed on this website.

2. How You Receive Your Ebook

• Once your payment is successfully verified, you are redirected to a confirmation page where you can download your ebook instantly.
• A copy of your download link and order receipt is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
• In almost all cases, delivery is instant. In rare cases of a slow connection or server delay, your download link may take up to 30 minutes to arrive by email.

3. Didn't Receive Your Ebook?

If it has been more than 30 minutes since a successful payment and you still haven't received your download link, please check your spam/promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your Order ID / payment reference and we will resend your download link promptly.

4. Access & Re-downloads

We recommend saving your ebook file to your device as soon as you download it. If you lose your copy, reach out to our support team with your order details and we will help you re-access it.
